Guests enjoy complete privacy in this old, rustically furnished stone house dating from 1874. Crikvenica with its beaches is only 6 km away. The closest shops and restaurants can be found in Tribalj and Grizane, 2 km away. This house has a 100 square meter nurtured yard and high stone wall enclosure ensuring privacy at all times. An old water well and custom built barbecue can be found in the yard. Connected to the yard is a garden patch with season vegetables which can be picked by guests. Guests also have at their disposal a rustically decorated wine cellar where a variety of home made beverages, cheese and prosciutto (traditionally dried ham) can be tasted. This holiday house is air-conditioned and heating is available during winter so that accommodation is possible throughout the entire year. Spectacular views extend towards the Velebit mountain range in one direction, and towards Kvarner bay and Krk Island in the other direction. Boat moorings are available in the Crikvenica Marina. Parking is in front of the house or in one of the neighboring garages in which case a surcharge applies. House pets are welcome. Horse riding and paragliding are available in the nearby vicinity. Panoramic boat rides and fishing trips can be arranged with the host who happens to live in Crikvenica.
