Each one is air-conditioned and has it's own terrace from which you can see beautiful Kvarner islands of Cres, Plavnik and Rab as also the most beautiful Mediterranean passage between islands Cres and Plavnik. We made it possible for you to prepaire food inside your apartment or by using the outside barbecue. But, you can also enjoy the gastronomical offer of restaurants and wine-cellar near by Villa Haya as well as the fascinating assortment of Mediterranean and other specialties in one of the neighboring places. You can also buy some of the local specialties from hearty natives.They will offer you home-made red and white wine, many kind of fish, sheep meat, milk and cheese, asparagus,... You can enjoy swimming and sunning in an untouched nature of Poteljan bay which is about 1,5 km away from our apartments. Next to the bay there is a little local harbour with several floot-gates and about thirty fishing-houses (which you can also use). Besides that, there are other beaches for you to visit, such as Glavotok, Sotto Vento and Vela Jana bay. If you wish for more heterogeneousness, you can always visit famous beaches of Malinska (Haludovo), Krk, Baška or Njivice. Villa Haya in Linardići made sure that every guest gets na illuminated parking spot next to the accommodation. Special advantage of our location is a quality traffic connection to the other places on this and other islands. Therefore, Krk and Malinska are about 10 kilometers away and the ferry-pier Valbiska-Merag (Cres, Lošinj) is only 5 kilometers away from our location.
